G spot and Female Ejaculation

The Grafenberg or G spot has been much debated & disbelieved.  Ironically, decent sensual literature now identifies numerous other stimulation spots.  The g spot is located in different areas and therefore sometimes difficult to find & stimulate.  About 70% of women have a ramp shaped prostate, called the meatus type, located in the front, or anterior vagina, near the urethra.  15% have what is called the posterior type, also ramp shaped but its thickest part is in the back, or posterior of the vagina.  About 7% of women have a rare middle prostate, somewhat dumbbell shaped, deeper inside the vagina.  And 8% have a rudimentary prostate with few glands & ducts.

The most important criteria for learning to ejaculate is to work diligently on the pubococcygeal muscle & to learn how to relax, emotionally & physically.  One cannot get into good shape by pumping iron once or twice.  The PC muscle is a muscle that needs repeated exercise.  There are a variety of muscles in & around the vagina.  The PC muscles are the ones used to stop urine in mid stream.  As you get to know your inner anatomy, you can learn how to utilize the various muscles & focus on those that need strengthening.  I worked diligently for about 3-4 months, as often as I could remember.  You can squeeze these muscles wherever & whenever, but be warned that as they get stronger, they may very well cause spontaneous orgasms.  I've had some interesting shopping experiences, I must say.

As mentioned, relaxation & trust is imperative.  For this reason, it's recommended that women learn how to ejaculate on their own, unless they are very trusting & relaxed with their mate.  Sometimes we have hangups that we're not even aware of, and if you have reservations, you will not be able to do it.  You have to trust yourself & do something that is against everything you learned at 2 years of age when being potty trained.  The feeling you get just before ejaculation is the same feeling of wanting to pee.  You must forget about the stigma or implications & let your PC muscles push out the gush that wants to escape.  It may take a little while to truly understand that you cannot urinate when your vagina is swollen.  The brain produces a chemical called vasopressin during orgasm that increases memory of a good sexual experience & also holds back urine.  What is released is ejaculate, similar in chemical composition to male ejaculate, minus the sperm, of course.

When I first discovered videos of ejaculating females, I was sure it was modified.  I can't imagine someone squirting that much, over & over & with such force & trajectory.  It should be noted that it's almost impossible to squirt right after one's period, for about a week.  I've been able to discover the biochemical reason for this, but suspect it's a higher, climbing oestrogen that prevents it.  When one is ready & relaxed, strong in PC muscle, it's really quite easy, although I do warn you it's exhausting.  Always begin with a clitoral orgasm to swell up the vaginal tissues & make g spot access easier.  Right after the orgasm, within 10 or so minutes maximum, begin the stimulation of the g spot with a hard, correctly positioned vibrator.  This area loves & needs to be stimulate HARD, and so the softer vibrators will not work.  Nor should the vibrator have a thick shaft.  You want to feel a squeezing of the pc muscles just before they want to release, so that you can withdraw the vibrator quickly.  If you wait to build up more & more ejaculate, the force is remarkable.  I should also mention that many, many people are chronically dehydrated.  If you live on coffee, tea, pop or alcohol, you may have great difficulty in creating enough ejaculate.  Drink lots & lots of water all day long.  The health benefits are enormous & you'll have lots of fun with these exercises.  I find that incontinence pads, washable ones, are ideal.  They're made for older people & can hold an enormous amount of liquid.  And it WILL be substantial.  I spent months stimulating the wrong area & wasn't able to fully achieve what I sought.  But I brought the vibrator forward, just 2" inside my vagina, anteriorly & felt that odd sensation.  It usually takes me about 4 minutes after a clitoral orgasm to begin squirting.  The first time I was successful, I squirted 9 times.  The second time, 14 times.  It's still shocking to this day, unexpected in its force.  But it's utterly addictive, although I personally don't do it nearly as often as I do other sexual things.  I finally know how a man feels after sex - I'm utterly exhausted after saturating my bed & floor with ejaculate cum.  I have to roll over & go to sleep for an hour or so after a heavy session.  But if your lover is turned on by being squirted upon, there is no better enjoyment as you both break out in laughter & passion.

Some people have said that ejaculate has a slight urine odor, sometimes immediately, sometimes after a day or so on the towels.  Please know that this will occur depending upon your diet.  The cleaner your diet is, with fewer purines (from meat, dairy or egg products), the cleaner will be your cum, ejaculate and skin in general.

And finally, know that you may need to try a few different g spot vibrators to find what really works.  I have one that is ridiculous with the pulsations of vibration - I prefer to use that one without batteries.  But there are many others that are better made, constructed of safe materials & properly angled.  It's great fun to discover them, and don't forget to take private videos of your progress!

Size Matters! What else?

When it comes to choosing a dildo you should consider not only the size, but also the shape, texture, and the material it is made of.  A large, thick and long dildo is part of the fantasy when it comes to sex toys and penetration.  Most men, although some are intimidated by them, will prefer to see a woman penetrated or should I say impaled by a large dildo.  It is a popular male fantasy.  Likewise some woman enjoy the feeling or psychological aspect of deep full penetration.  However when it come to true stimulation size is only one factor. Shape is the factor to first consider.
The shape of a dildo contributes greatly to the stimulation of a woman.  Every vagina is shaped differently therefore every dildo will feel differently to every woman.  For a woman that likes deep penetration, a long slender one that is made of material that gives would tend to work best.  A shorter thick dildo works well for a woman that likes the feeling of being filled up.  A dildo such as the Raquel by Vixen Creations with a bulbed end or one that has a curve is great for g-spot stimulation.  The g-spot is no deeper than two to three inches into the vagina, so a long dildo is not necessary for g-spot stimulation.
Texture is another important aspect to consider.  A smooth flexible dildo is great for deep penetration.  A highly textured one is great for hitting those nerve endings found in the opening of the vagina. The Tiger by Fun Factory has large raised cat like strips that is sure to massage the vaginal opening and it has a slight curve that allows it to simultaneously target the g-spot. A realistic dildo that has raised veins, such as the Johnny by Vixen Creations, will provide plenty of stimulation.
Dildos are made of many different types of materials that give each dildo a unique quality.  Glass dildos are obviously rigid and may not be the best for deep penetration.  They are however great for heating or cooling for a truly different experience. Silicone dildos are the most versatile.   They can be fairly rigid to almost jelly like.  One main thing to look for is safety of the material.  Unpainted glass dildos are great.  They are non-porous and can be fully sanitized.  100% medical grade silicone dildos can be boiled and or bleached making them a safe choice.  Some plastics are safe as they to can be bleached.  There must be caution when buying plastic toys as some will degrade with time causing chemical contamination.  Absolutely never purchase cyber skin, jelly,or rubber.  Cyber skin feels great but is not made of medical grade silicone.  The material degrades, is porous, and cannot be fully sanitized. A great alternative are Vixen Creations and Tantus products.  These manufacturers sell body-friendly toys that feel realistic; even more so than cyber skin.    Jelly type dildos are the worst. They are extremely porous allowing them to harbor bacteria and making them impossible to sanitize.  They also quickly degrade making chemical contamination a likelihood.  Rubber also is porous and cannot be sanitized fully.  A perfect source for body-friendly toys is our store, www.hedopleasuretoys.com.  We take great care and pride in selecting only safe products, even at the expense of profits.
There are many dildos of varied shape, size, texture, and material. Likewise ever vagina is made different.  Finding the right dildo or set of dildos to compliment your vagina can be difficult, but definantly a fun adventure.
